Whether you’re chasing your first gate drop or lining up for the Open Pro Class this is your chance to be apart of the first chapter of Wilder West Racing. 

This race is the first of its series and will be held at the Ogden Cycle Association (OCA) in Farr West, Utah. OCA is a non-profit motocross training and racing facility and is owned and operated by its members.

For generations, The Ogden Cycle Association has been more than just a motocross track. It is where many people grew up riding, making lifelong friends, and beginning a passion that shapes lives. OCA has helped launch the careers of incredible racers while remaining a place where new riders continue to discover the sport. Nearly 70 years later, that legacy is still going strong. 

OCA has two tracks, a main track and a veteran track. The first track is known as the main track and features the most challenging layout and advanced obstacles. It is primarily designed for advanced riders, but younger riders can also use it to progress their skills. The second track is a veteran/intermediate track for developing solid riding fundamentals. This progressive track caters to youth, novice, and intermediate riders, featuring a progression-focused layout and manageable obstacles tuned specifically for skill development. These tracks are known for their hero dirt that has been worked in for years and is so amazing to ride on. 

Get ready for a race weekend built for racer, this Friday and Saturday, August 14th and 15th. Morning practices, cash payouts in Open and Pro Classes, longer motos, simplified classes, and NO gate or spectators fees for riders and their families. 

Whiskey Throttle Headquarters is located in West Weber or the more known town Ogden, Utah. We are super excited for this series to hit close to our town and grateful for the opportunity to get involved in this event in the early stages. We will have our apparel booth set up which features men, women, youth clothing, and a wide range of hats. We will also be helping out the event by doing the hole shot challenge. The hole shot challenge is the first racer to get out of the gate the fastest and whoever can hold the lead up until around the 300 foot range (depending on the track.)  Winners will secure a swag bag of prizes from the Whiskey Throttle crew.
