Whiskey Throttle Pit Bike Nights

Updated: Apr 21

The pit bike, aka, the wild machine that can bring friends, families, and groups together for one hell of a time. From anyone with pro rider skills or just a weekend warrior, riding these 2 wheeled machines will put a smile on your face. You can buy factory pit bikes that are more  expensive bikes or Chinese bikes, as we call them, that are thrown together with random parts and pieces from the garage. From modified off-road motorcycles to stock or very inexpensive bikes, you can have just as much fun.

Lining up to race around the track.

Instead of having a boring backyard at our Whiskey Throttle Head Quarters we built a mini pit bike track. Located in Ogden, Utah. We like to invite the community out for some fun a couple nights a year for some riding and to hang out. Even if you don’t want to or can’t ride, it is just as entertaining to watch and have some beers.

We are not judgmental to just pit bikes though, we welcome 3 wheelers, 4 wheelers, e-bikes or pretty much whatever wheeled machine that can zip on dirt.

Organized for fun open sessions where riders can go at their own pace, practice stunts or grudge race friends. We like to support the fun first then racing second. Low stress vibes where we have adult races starting with shotgunning beers to youth relay races chugging the Dr. Peppers or whatever pop they prefer. It’s all about the fastest chugger to get the hole shot but anything can happen in a pit bike race where lots of crashing seems to happen. Throttles sticking, rear ending each other, or tipping over are common occurrences. Laughs are easy to come by.

But that’s not all, once it gets dark the heat turns up. Bon fires start. Wood and cardboard underneath the metal dirt bike ramp gets lit up with probably too much gasoline for some wild train jumping. From wheelies, to spread eagles, to can-cans, and whips it’s a blast watching the riders get creative and push each other to chaos. Casing jumps, face planting, roosting dirt and pinning the throttle wide open is all apart of the fun and entertainment.

Just like the vibe at a real motocross track with having a grill for the social hub for riders, we like to supply a open grill for people to bring their meats to cook up.

Riding the vibe and supporting our local scene we like to sell our branded merch in our shop during these events. Come for the fun but also support our company if possible.

If you are looking for something to do on a random Friday or Saturday night in Weber County keep an eye on our social media pages for the Whiskey Throttle Pit Bike Night dates. Good times with family-friendly entertainment (for the most part) and a fun time socializing with like minded people.
